Answer: BLB College announces new research labs in Grand Innovation Technology Hub Cambridge Ontario, Canada, Date: BLB College, one of the most reputed colleges of Canada renowned for researches is taking its research activities to the next level. The college would be opening its new line of research laboratories to aid more extensive experiments among the students of the college. The management of the renowned educational institute would make an official announcement about the opening of the laboratories on Monday, Mar 8 2018. The announcement ceremony would be graced by Mr. Doug Craig, honorable mayor, Cambridge, Ms. Rita Patel, honorable vice president of applied research and international education, BLB College and Mr. John Hamill, honorable president of BLB College. The research facility would form a part of the Grand Innovations Technology Hub situated in the Gaslight District Area in Cambridge overlooking the river Grand. The selected site for the construction of research laboratories is where an old textile factory once stood. According to reliable sources two tall residential projects ar e coming up in the area. The new BLB research laboratories are expected to start functioning in June this year with 25 students working on 13 projects. The new research laboratories in the Grand Innovation Technology Hub have already received great response from the key stakeholders like the government of Ontario and Canadian corporate world. The project has received donation of around $ one billion already from the Province of Ontario. The business organizations have around $ three billion which shows the high positive expectations they have from the upcoming project. The City Council of Cambridge is contributing a whopping amount of $ one million towards the Grand Innovation Technology Hub in the coming half a decade. All these government support clearly advertises the sincere effort the government even at the local levels is making towards researches and development of the local community. It has also been learnt that one of the projects would deal with cyber security, one of the burning threats corporate, non-profiting organizations, governments and people are facing alike. An elated John Hamill, in the wake of the ambitious pro ject said that the crux of the research would be bringing about development of the local community, once again highlighting the stakeholder concern of the college.
